Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy covers shipment of any physical goods (e.g. gear, apparel, printed materials) ordered via our site.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

• Standard (India): 5–7 business days, ₹100 flat rate.

• Express (India): 2–3 business days, ₹250 flat rate.

• International: 7–14 business days; calculated at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Shipping times are estimates and begin once the package leaves our warehouse.

• You will receive a tracking number via email.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship to all Indian addresses and select international destinations.

• P.O. Boxes and military APO addresses may face delays.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

• Inspect upon delivery and report issues within 48 hours to subscribe.tanya@gmail.com

• We will investigate and arrange replacement or refund.

6. Change of Address

• Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to update your shipping address.

• After dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes.
