Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 31, 2025

This policy applies to all bookings and orders made through our website.

1. Cancellation by You

• Up to 30 days before start date: Full refund (minus ₹500 processing fee).

• Less than 30 days: No refund but you can always pass on the retreat seat to someone else

2. Cancellation by Us

In rare cases (e.g. safety concerns, force majeure), we may cancel a retreat. In such events you may choose:

• Full refund to original payment method.

• Credit voucher for future booking (valid 12 months).

3. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via Razorpay.

• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
